Estimates and Repair Authorization

Additional concerns, failures, damaged components, or repair requirements may be discovered during diagnosis or disassembly.

No additional repairs, labor, parts purchases, or services will be performed without customer approval.

Customers are responsible for reviewing estimates and authorizing repairs prior to work being performed.

Appointment Deposits

Certain appointments may require a deposit to reserve a technician and appointment window.

Same-Day Appointments

Deposits must be paid within one (1) hour of estimate approval.

Failure to provide payment within the required timeframe may result in cancellation of the appointment.

Future Appointments

Deposits must be paid within six (6) hours of estimate approval.

Failure to provide payment within the required timeframe may result in cancellation of the appointment.

Deposits are generally applied toward the final invoice unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Customers are encouraged to provide as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling appointments.

Missed appointments, repeated cancellations, excessive rescheduling, or failure to communicate may require prepayment or deposits before future appointments are scheduled.

Silicon Hills Mobile Mechanics reserves the right to refuse future service when repeated scheduling abuse occurs.

Customer-Supplied Parts

Customers may provide their own replacement parts for installation.

Silicon Hills Mobile Mechanics does not provide warranties, guarantees, or assurances regarding customer-supplied parts.

Labor warranties may be limited or unavailable when customer-supplied parts are used.

If a customer-supplied part is defective, incorrect, damaged, incomplete, or causes additional repairs, additional labor charges may apply.

Payment Terms
